I will continue to write at the newsletter and elsewhere, so this is more of a transition than anything. Why? For the past eight years, I (along with colleagues the last four years) have posted about our work: our challenges, our hopes, our successes, all in response to what we have been reading and our professional experience in our schools. Our choice to write about our practices comes from a place of curiosity along with an interest to share. Regarding curiosity, I always like to see where the writing will take me. The sharing part is an opportunity to have our work validated by colleagues and readers we respect. Still, things can become stale.
